Pay Details :
The annual base salary range for this position in California is $100,000 to $120,000 per year. The starting pay for the successful candidate depends on various job-related factors, including but not limited to the candidate's geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education / training, internal value, peer equity, external market demands, and organizational considerations.
The Accounts Payable Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the accounts payable team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payables, with a primary focus on construction and development activity. This role demands a hands-on leader with a proven track record in optimizing processes, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of construction payables, including lien waivers, progress payments, and subcontractor compliance, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
