Supply Chain Manager - Night Shift

Our supply chain team is looking for a full time Supply Chain Manager (Group Leader as we call them). Our world class SC and Manufacturing teams are the crowning jewel at the O.C. Tanner Company. We have been recognized nationally by McKinsey & Company, Shingo, AME, and are one of three go and see sites for Toyota (TSSC). We specialize in lean manufacturing including kaizen, Yokoten, one-piece flow, and creating an empowering workplace culture.
Supply Chain Managers are leaders of the front-line manufacturing professionals who produce and ship awards. They take on the responsibilities of production and team development, while working to improve our systems. They find unique ways to convey team needs, get traction for departmental changes, and creatively drive change to benefit their team.

The work you'll do
- Identify constraints that affect your team's ability to be creative, successful, and fulfilled; and drive change to alleviate roadblocks
- Empower team members to tackle their own challenges, do the right things, and grow in their careers
- Lead your team to achieve key results in cost, safety, quality, delivery, and morale
- Coach team members to shape behavior and connect them to company values and strategy
- Act proactively based on a deep understanding of O.C. Tanner's clients, mission, and core competencies
- Manage risk, venture forward without complete clarity, set strategic goals, move the organization forward
- Continuously improve we are nerds and geeks when it comes to the science of removing waste from our processes and engaging everyone in making things better
- Manage a team of around 20 to 30 people
