Job Description:
We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following-up on leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, text, and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Schedule and manage customer appointments, ensuring a smooth booking process.
• Welcome customers upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
• Maintain accurate customer records and manage filing systems.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Proactively reach out to potential leads to convert them into new customers.
• Upsell and recommend additional services to enhance the customer experience.
• Conduct daily cold calls to at least 20 potential clients to generate new business.
• Confirm appointments with customers to minimize no-shows and maintain an organized schedule.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Previous experience in the window film industry is a plus.
• Experience using QuickBooks is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
