What You'll Do (Your Impact) :
- Process payments : Accurately handle incoming payments and ensure they're correctly recorded.
- Manage accounts : Verify, classify, compute, post, and record accounts receivable data.
- Prepare documents : Generate bills, invoices, bank deposits, and perform reconciliations.
- Reconcile accounts : Ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Resolve issues : Investigate discrepancies and solve billing problems.
- Communicate with clients : Send payment reminders and contact clients regarding outstanding invoices.
- Generate reports : Create financial statements detailing accounts receivable status.
- Onboard new clients : Set up accounts for new clients.
- Assist with inquiries : Respond to emails and address departmental questions.
- Maintain compliance : Adhere to state and federal regulations, including HIPAA.
