**Job Role:**
We are looking for a highly capable and driven Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale Ocado Storage and Retrieval System (OSRS) projects for our customers. As part of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from pre-deal to execution, ensuring effective stakeholder management, project leadership, and seamless integration across technical and operational teams.
**Responsibilities:**
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Acting as the bridge between technical teams, operations, and business stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Navigating complex relationships, including cultural differences, and influencing stakeholders through clear, concise messages.
- Promoting a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
- Overseeing projects from scope definition to handover, including risk and issue management, project scheduling, and budget tracking.
**What You'll Need:**
We require a project leadership experience, ideally in engineering, logistics, automation, or technology-driven environments.
