About the Role
Our Product Lifecycle manages all the product defining data assets throughout the life of a part. The Engineering Services team is leading the OnePLM programme to connect applications and tools that manage the datasets that are either product defining or part data across all of these different configuration states.
All processes required to create the PLM system are connected through a Digital Thread closed loop between physical and digital domains, transforming how products are engineered, manufactured, serviced & retired.
The Digital Thread seeks to create a single source of truth by following a single set of related data as it weaves in and out of business processes and functions to enable continuity and accessibility.
As an adoption specialist you will drive the user adoption in relation to PLM processes, policies, standards and toolset. Your role is critical to both user engagement and return on investment, and we want you to drive an engaging, positive and professional experience across the user base of almost 1000 users.
What you will be doing
- Prepare and update engaging and accessible training materials with the support of our technical teams. This includes written material and recorded video sessions.
- Own the knowledge base including its structure and content
- Prepare adoption status reports and identify improvement opportunities
- Define a rating / feedback mechanism for our various services and engagements, assess the results and identify improvement opportunities
- Prepare engaging content for publication across a wide variety of channels in support of PLM adoption such as regular newsletters
- Organise events such as instructor led training, user groups and small conferences
