Dietary Server

We are looking for a Dietary Server to join the team!

Duties:

• Delivering food to residents
• Properly cover and store or discard any leftover foods.  When refrigerating, label, date and cover all food items.
• Store food in compliance with established dietary procedures.
• Follow Federal and State long term care regulations and Dietary Department policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Previous food service experience preferably in a healthcare dietary setting
• General knowledge of quantity food preparation, portioning, and services.
• All shifts are required to work rotating weekends.
• ALF experience preferred 
• Must pass a level II background
• Must pass a drug test

Work schedule:

• 7:00 am- 3:00 pm
• 11:00 am- 7:00 pm
