Job Description - Strategic Partnership - Workplace Banking (S)

Key Responsibilities :

• Enhance Velocity Payroll Experience
• Pick up all past relevant proposed initiatives relevant to GTB, WPB & in enhancing customer experience to be rolled out in 2025.
• Refresh & update past research and data that are relevant for the WPB workshop and to revalidate & realign GTB's strategy for the bank of the future.
• Review past strategic alliance strategy, choice of partners and propose a new model of cooperation that is win-win and sustainable.
• Monitor and update timeline, working with the product team on future builds required and stated previously (for both GTB and WPB).
• Explore working with external HR / Accounting Services / Payroll
• Ensure seamless switch and high connectivity with government agencies.
• Facilitating payroll computation like CPF, APIs for IRAS Auto Inclusion Scheme, Foreign Workers Quota, etc.
• Facilitate regulatory compliance - Payslip, CPF contribution, tax and grants - including leveraging on purpose-bound money, if any.
• Claims - from insurance, employees' expenses, etc - how to digitalize, account for it, approve, amend, record and store, print payslip, provided itemized details if required.
• Work on overcoming inertia of customers in digitalization, switching payroll, adopting Velocity, using OCBC for CPF but not payroll, employee Saving Accounts with other banks.
• Review Voice of Customers (VOC) - propose & monitor implementation of new initiatives from VOC - aim for Best in Class Customer Experience.
• Explore and leverage other divisions' relationships
• Build to create an ecosystem where we can capture as many data points as possible, deepen relationships, enhance customer loyalty, and provide a differentiated and superior customer experience. An example is with GLF, Ecosystems (CAYE Program for GIG Workers), Credit Card customer base and programs, Loyalty Program (Stacks), etc.
