- Collaborates with other teams to review control data and identify improvements in the IT delivery process and controls
- Contributes to the creation of dashboards and reports demonstrating control adherence and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborating with others to deliver complex projects which may involve multiple systems
- Continuously thinking about the next steps
- Supporting the teams developing solutions to complex technical challenges
- Recommending technologies and tools that improve the efficiency, quality, and security of OCC’s IT systems
- Other job-related duties as assigned
- Assist in conducting process gap analysis of controls to key regulations, mapping to industry standards and developing continuous compliance monitoring
- Advise stakeholders on identified issues and support for regulatory exams and audit engagements
