TheArmy ASA(ALT) support to Foreign Military Sales (FMS)team is seeking a qualifiedBusiness Analystto provide essential support for the FMS ACES program. This role will work directly under the futureFMS ACES Program Managerto deliver critical policy guidance, oversight, and business analysis. The successful candidate will have expertise in theSafe Agile Frameworkand experience inbusiness process re-engineeringto evaluate and refine FMS ACES capabilities.The position requires someone with strong analytical skills and the ability to develop business cases, assess proposed capabilities, and manage the health of existing projects within FMS ACES. As a part of this role, the candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality briefings and communications materials, including business process re-engineering documentation and business cases.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support theFMS ACES programby providing guidance on policies, processes, and project oversight.
- UtilizeSafe Agile Frameworkmethodologies to provide effective support and enhance the programs efficiency.
- Conductbusiness process re-engineeringto evaluate future FMS ACES initiatives, focusing on the inclusion of new capabilities or integration of existing ones.
- Develop and evaluatebusiness casesand ensure they align with program objectives and strategic goals.
- Monitor thehealthof the existing FMS ACES project, including risk assessments and performance tracking.
- Develop clear and concisebriefings and communications materialsfor key stakeholders, including internal and external audiences.
- Assist in theplanning and executionof FMS-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with Army goals and FMS objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support FMS ACES in any related or supporting projects.
- Maintain excellent documentation for all business process evaluations and changes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Educational Requirement:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Secret Clearance required.
- Experience:At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst, with a focus onForeign Military Sales (FMS),business process re-engineering, andprogram management support.
- Experience working within or supportingmilitary or government programs.
- Strong understanding ofSafe Agile Frameworkand its application in large-scale projects.
- Proficient inExceland other office tools to analyze data and develop reports.
- Proven ability to develop clear, structured, and professional briefings and communication materials.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Candidates who areorganized, have astrong work ethic, and excel in acollaborative environmentwill be given preference.
- Experience withFMS program managementand familiarity withArmy procurement and acquisition processesis highly desirable.
