Salary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Site Program Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of systems and equipment for our program. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in administration, troubleshooting, installation, and engineering procedures, particularly in the areas of System Administration, NIPRNET, and SIPRNET systems. These roles will manage and execute the maintenance, configuration, installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting of systems, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management & Coordination :
Oversee project execution and ensure the project stays on track.
Attend weekly / monthly status meetings with stakeholders.Provide on-site technical guidance to government personnel.Review process modifications and implement new processes with updates to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).Develop short-term and / or temporary project plans as needed.Provide regular management status reports to the COR.Ensure quality control and provide feedback on deliverables.System Management & Maintenance :Oversee the operations and maintenance of all systems, devices, and equipment outlined in Attachment 1 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Implement and manage the configuration, installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting of applicable systems, including NIPRNET and SIPRNET devices.Ensure proper deployment and functionality of systems and software, in compliance with technical design specifications.Develop and maintain system configuration documentation and ensure it adheres to established quality control processes.Quality Assurance & Process Improvement :Develop and implement a quality control plan (QCP) to meet task order requirements.
Provide technical and analytical guidance to the team, making recommendations to solve technical challenges.Direct the analysis and resolution of problems, ensuring adherence to quality standards.Review and approve all project deliverables, ensuring they meet project specifications.Staff Management & Coordination :Manage staffing, certification, and security requirements, ensuring employees hold the necessary clearances and certifications.
Coordinate shift, surge, and on-call support schedules with the COR.Assist with the implementation and maintenance of the enterprise system components and other related products.Documentation & Reporting :Document and track actions, status of tasks, and asset management according to established procedures.
Formulate and review plans and deliverable items.Ensure compliance with all regulatory and technical standards and report project performance regularly.Required Skills and Qualifications :
TS / SCI ClearanceExtensive knowledge and experience in system administration, network engineering, integration engineering, and network installation.Proven ability to perform troubleshooting and maintenance tasks for complex systems.Technical expertise in NIPRNET and SIPRNET systems, including system configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.Ability to develop and execute detailed project plans, while ensuring deliverables are met on time.Strong experience in producing system configuration documents and ensuring compliance with quality control processes.Previous experience in providing technical and analytical guidance to teams.Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.Desired Skills :
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred but not required).Strong administrative and technical capabilities with experience in system administration, performance scheduling, and testing methodologies.Additional Information :
