Occam Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Manager for a contract currently under bid.
The Senior Program Manager will oversee the operational planning, execution, and evaluation of a complex program or project. This role requires the management of multiple subprograms or associated activities, ensuring the smooth operation of all program-related tasks. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources management within the program. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, develop and secure outside funding sources, and provide expert technical and professional guidance to all staff members.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee the operational planning and execution of a multifaceted program or project, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Manage the fiscal oversight of the program, ensuring budget adherence, resource allocation, and reporting requirements are met.
- Develop and implement strategies for operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and problem resolution.
- Work directly with the KO and COR.
- Directly supervise, mentor, and provide technical leadership to staff, ensuring performance objectives and program deliverables are met.
- Serve as the principal point of contact for external constituencies, including stakeholders, clients, and partners, managing relationships and communications.
- Develop and pursue funding opportunities to support program needs, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to secure necessary resources.
- Lead the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure effective program management.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and updates to senior leadership, stakeholders, and external parties.
- Provide day-to-day technical / professional guidance to program staff and maintain oversight of project progress and quality.
- Oversee the evaluation of program effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary to achieve program goals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements, managing risks and ensuring adherence to relevant standards.
