This role combines hands-on execution with forward-looking strategy, offering the opportunity to design, optimize, and manage payroll processes and systems that support our expanding global footprint.As a working manager overseeing a small team, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient multi-country payroll operations while driving continuous improvement and supporting organizational growth. The ideal candidate will bring deep payroll expertise, a strategic mindset, and proven experience in scaling systems in a high-growth environment.Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute a global payroll strategy to support a rapidly expanding organization.Lead the implementation and optimization of scalable payroll systems and processes.Oversee compliant and accurate multi-country payroll operations, ensuring proactive issue resolution and efficiency.Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to support broader business strategies.Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and mitigate risks in partnership with legal and audit teams.Build and lead a high-performing payroll team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s / CPA preferred).15 years of progressive payroll experience with leadership roles in global, high-growth environments.Proven success in designing and scaling payroll systems and processes.Industry experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or healthcare is a strong plus.Expertise in payroll compliance, taxation, and regulatory requirements.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.Proficiency in global payroll and HR platforms (e.g., ADP, Oracle).#J-18808-Ljbffr
