Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all departments.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve safety compliance and service delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, and field safety officers to ensure seamless execution of safety programs.
- Monitor regulatory compliance with OSHA, local safety laws, and industry best practices.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and cost-control measures to optimize company profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
- Identify areas for operational improvement and implement best practices.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee safety staffing services, ensuring qualified personnel are placed to meet client needs.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of OSHA 500 certification or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction safety or a related industry with operations management experience
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and other industry safety standards.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
