We are currently seeking Apartment Maintenance Technicians better known as Maintenance Heroes, to join our team!
We are looking to secure a strong, reliable Certified Apartment Tech

- Build your network while gaining experience at multiple properties

- Complete service requests in a timely fashion (assemble furniture, power wash buildings, left up to 50lbs)
- Basic sheet rock work, electrical work, plumbing work, and lite carpentry
- Re-key Locks
- Making apartments ready for occupancy (i.e., light carpentry work, drywall repairs and finish work)
- Appliance, electrical, heating, plumbing and safety equipment repair and replacement
- Preventive maintenance; assisting with inspection of apartments, buildings and grounds
- Touch up painting, repair and replacement of window screens and glass
- Pick up / clean grounds and common areas.
- Keep grounds clean and presentable
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Left up to 50lbs
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
