This position is responsible for developing business opportunities in the sales of OHI services, as well as building sales volume by describing service features and promoting value. Representative will maximize profits through creative and selective selling focusing on continuing the OHI culture of excellent customer service. Representative will establish and maintain customer relationships in a team environment while advancing OHI’s exposure and position within the multifamily apartment industry. Primary responsibilities are directed by business and new customer needs and organizational goals as identified by the management team.
Business Development Sales Managers have the freedom to grow their book of business and control their earning destiny. Joining our team will offer you a high level of support to allow you to dominate the sales leaderboard.
Position Summary for the Business Development Sales Manager :
Keeping a pulse on local market conditions and potential referral sources will impact lead generation. The Business Development Sales Manager is responsible for the development and generation of new business opportunities and income for their assigned markets. This individual will perform activities such as prospecting, leading sales opportunities, generating company awareness through association involvement, use of social media, and other activities as required to generate sales.
