We are currently seeking Certified Apartment Tech better known as a Maintenance Hero, to join our team!
We are looking to secure a strong, reliable Certified Apartment Tech for our Dayton, OH 45402 area.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Complete service requests in a timely fashion (i.e., plumbing leaks, installs and replaces sinks, faucets, and toilets, troubleshoots and replaces basic electrical components)
- Basic sheet rock work, electrical work, plumbing work, and lite carpentry
- Re-key Locks
- Making apartments ready for occupancy (i.e., light carpentry work, drywall repairs and finish work)
- Appliance, electrical, heating, plumbing and safety equipment repair and replacement
- Preventive maintenance; assisting with inspection of apartments, buildings and grounds
- Touch up painting, repair and replacement of window screens and glass
- Pick up / clean grounds and common areas.
- HVAC Certification Required
- Troubleshoot HVAC Units
- Keep grounds clean and presentable
Qualifications:
- Must have HVAC Certification
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
