What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Specialist - Motor Vehicle Registration position at Occupational Development Center, Inc.?
Responsibilities include the collection of title and registration fees. Provides guidance, support and education to customers with various title and licensing questions.
High school graduate or GED. Two years training or experience in general office support and/or customer service. Proficient in the use of technology, including Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to display a winning attitude with all customers that ensures customer satisfaction. Demonstrates consistent capability to resolve complex customer interactions. Ability to read, analyze, verify authenticity of documents. Ability to interpret State of MN rules and procedures to process documents. Must be able to operate various office equipment.
- This is a fast-paced work environment with frequent standing for long periods of time as well as moving throughout the office.
- Occasional travel to other DMV sites as needed.
- Criminal background check through the State of MN.
