Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and treatment of workplace injuries and illnesses
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations including pre-employment and medical surveillance evaluations
- Manage and follow up on workers’ compensation cases
- Develop and coordinate return-to-work accommodations
- Administer immunizations as required
- Current NP or PA licensure in Connecticut
- Proficiency in computer skills for medical record keeping and communication
- Experience in occupational health, orthopedics, urgent care, or emergency room settings is preferred
- Familiarity with workers’ compensation processes is advantageous
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies
- Valid NP or PA licensure in the state of Connecticut
- Relevant healthcare experience is highly desirable
