- Perform triage, evaluation, and treatment of employee injuries.
- Manage worker's compensation claims and short-term disability cases.
- Assist in conducting pre-employment and medical surveillance examinations.
- Participate in educational and wellness programs.
- Handle various administrative responsibilities as needed.
- Current RN or EMT licensure in Iowa.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Proficient communication and computer skills.
- Familiarity with Worker's Compensation, HIPAA, OSHA, ADA, and FMLA is preferred.
- Previous experience in occupational health, emergency room, or urgent care settings is advantageous.
- Licensed as an RN or EMT in Iowa.
- CPR certification must be up-to-date.
- Experience in relevant fields is preferred but not mandatory.
