About Us:
At Occupational Resource Network (ORN), we are a small team providing medical case management and vocational consulting across MA, CT, NH, and RI. We are all about helping people get back on their feet and back to work with care and professionalism.
We are looking for a Nurse Consultant/Field Case Manager to join us. If you are an experienced RN or LPN who is confident working independently and enjoys being out in the field (not just behind a desk), this might be the perfect fit.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Helping injured workers navigate treatment and recovery by attending appointments, coordinating care, and keeping everyone on the same page (providers, insurers, employers, attorneys, and more).
- Acting as a bridge between all parties to help facilitate return to work plans.
- Identifying any roadblocks in recovery and coming up with solid, patient centered plans to move forward.
- Supporting employers by helping identify modified job duties based on an employee’s abilities.
- Documenting your work, tracking progress, and completing regular reports.
What We Are Looking For:
- Licensed RN or LPN.
- 3 years of general clinical experience.
- Experience in case management, utilization review, or managed care is a big plus.
- Certification or eligibility for CCM, CRRN, COHN, or CDMS is encouraged.
- Strong communication and organization skills. You will be juggling multiple moving parts.
Perks:
- Flexible work options: full time, part time, or contract roles available. Great for mothers!
- A chance to make a real impact in people’s lives.
- Supportive, close knit team environment.
