Duties
The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing blood draws and collecting samples from patients while ensuring their comfort and safety. Some specimen processing of those samples for transport. Collecting urine samples and process those samples for transport.
Collecting urine, breath, and hair for drug screening.
Collecting finger prints for 3 systems.
As well as audiograms, fit testing, biometrics and EKG's.
Data entry into the computerized information systems and/or paperwork.
In addition greet customers, answering phones, scheduling appointments and other assigned duties as necessary.
Qualifications
Phlebotomy experience
Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to phlebotomy.
Employment is contingent on background check.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols accurately.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients/customers and staff.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.50 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 27 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
