What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Professional Services position at Occupational Training Center?
- Provides oversight and direction to the Supported Employment, Vocational Day, Residential services
- Develops the budgets and monitors the financials for the Professional Services department and determines the fiscal allocations of funds for staff, supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Monitors changes and manages the implementation of Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) and Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), Medicaid, carf and the OTC Services program policies, procedures and requirements to ensure adherence to same for all OTC Services programs.
- Responsible for the Medicaid and NPI application and Medicaid annual certification
- Plans, develops, and administers programs to provide opportunities for the individuals with disabilities the OTC serves.
- Acts as the liaison between O.T.C. and the Division of Developmental Disabilities and Division of Vocational Rehabilitation
- Develops and maintains performance measures associated with all the vocational, day, residential and employment services
- Participates in the NJACP’s meeting and appropriate committees
- Monitors purchases and payment of bills related to Professional Service programs.
- Performs other related duties, as assigned.
