OCD & Anxiety Colorado is seeking a passionate and skilled Teen IOP Clinician to join our interdisciplinary team. This role is ideal for a clinician with specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) or a strong interest in developing expertise in ERP and other evidence-based treatments for OCD and anxiety.

This role includes extensive training and ongoing professional development, making it an excellent opportunity for clinicians looking to deepen their skills in OCD and anxiety treatment.


Position Details:

Part-time role (24 hours per week)

IOP runs from 12:00 PM – 2:30 PM, followed by a daily IOP Clinical Debrief from 2:30 PM – 3:00 PM

Additional hours include individual therapy (4-6 patients/week), training, and team collaboration

Extensive training in ERP and evidence-based interventions included

Opportunity for full-time expansion as the program grows

Salary:

$35,000- $45,000 (DOE) per year for unlicensed clinicians 

$45,000- $55,000 (DOE) per year for licensed clinicians (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

Includes PTO, sick time, and built-in back-up support for coverage


Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate 7.5 hours of group therapy per week in Teen IOP, working alongside 1-2 other clinical staff members

• Participate in daily IOP Clinical Debriefs (2:30 PM – 3:00 PM) to support team collaboration, IOP clinicians support and continuity of care

• Provide weekly individual therapy for 4-6 patients

• Participate in extensive training on ERP, ACT, and other evidence-based modalities for OCD & Anxiety

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including: (Occupational Therapist, Psychiatric Medication Prescriber, Family Therapist, Education & Executive Functioning Coach)

• Approach care with adaptability, creativity, and a strengths-based mindset

• Provide neurodivergent-affirming support that empowers teens and engages parents in the process

• Receive weekly clinical supervision with an assigned clinical supervisor

• Engage in a weekly staff process group/meeting to foster a supportive work environment

• Ensure comprehensive, individualized, and team-based care for each patient

• Benefit from back-up clinician support to ensure smooth operations during staff absences


Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage & family therapy, or related field

Licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or working toward licensure (Unlicensed)

Training in ERP therapy or a strong interest in learning and applying ERP for OCD treatment

• Experience working with teens and families

• Commitment to neurodivergent-affirming, strengths-based, and empowering care

• Strong ability to adapt, be creative, and work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting

• Passion for delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care
