Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls as necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain office management duties including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, email communication, and scheduling.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism before distribution.
- Support administrative functions by organizing files and maintaining office supplies.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- A customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle inquiries professionally is essential.
