Ocean Breeze Pharmacy is looking for a Pharmacy Technician / Cashier to join our team. The Pharmacy Technician / Cashier is a dynamic role that combines the responsibilities of a pharmacy technician and cashier. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, efficiently processing financial transactions, and supporting the pharmacy team in various aspects of pharmaceutical operations.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare prescriptions - Prepare medication, as prescribed by physicians, under the guidance of the acting Pharmacist. Under the direction of Pharmacists, remove unneeded or outdated drugs from stock and prepare for return or disposal. Order, receive, and maintain the inventory to maintain tight security at all times.
- Customer Service - Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
Provide information on pharmacy products, services, and promotions.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Notify the pharmacy team when stock levels are low.
Help maintain a clean and organized work environment.
