Job Summary:
The Project Engineer Assembly Operations role is a key position within the Ocean County Utilities Authority. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing engineering projects related to capital planning, design, bidding, and submittal review. This includes providing technical support to operations and maintenance activities.
In this capacity, you will work independently to develop and implement solutions that meet the needs of the organization. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil, environmental, mechanical, or electrical engineering, with a minimum of ten years of relevant professional experience in wastewater engineering. A graduate degree and/or licensure as a New Jersey Professional Engineer are highly desirable.
The selected individual will possess excellent project management skills, a strong computer background, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. They will also be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
