JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
- Responsible for all maintenance and repair of all facility mechanical systems in a timely manner.
- Will follow all safety procedures and regulations, and will ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and OSHA regulations.
- Promotes outstanding customer relations.
- Must enjoy learning and growing and willing to expand their knowledge
- Must have experience operating maintenance vehicles.
- Must be able to ride in the lift to ceiling height.
- Must be able and willing to climb ladders and scaffolding.
- Must have valid driver's license and must meet the requirements of company Motor Vehicle Record Policy.
- Must be able to lift Fifty (50) pounds and work in all weather.
