What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Maint Mechanic position at Ocean Downs - Berlin, MD?
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
- Responsible for all maintenance and repair of all facility mechanical systems in a timely manner.
- Will follow all safety procedures and regulations, and will ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and OSHA regulations.
- Promotes outstanding customer relations.
- Minimum of Three (3) years in mechanical environment. Combination of school and work experience acceptable.
- Must have experience operating maintenance vehicles.
- Must be proficient in HVAC, carpentry, electrical and plumbing maintenance. HVAC certification preferred.
- Must be able and willing to climb ladders and scaffolding.
- Must have valid driver's license and must meet the requirements of company Motor Vehicle Record Policy.
- Must be able to lift Fifty (50) pounds and work in all weather.
