JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
- Serves as a leader for employees while fostering teamwork, employee morale, motivation, and open communication.
- Acts as a role model and coaches while developing employees using a consistent, approachable demeanor and clearly articulating expectations.
- Conducts interviews with employee candidates.
- Recommends, documents and issues discipline as necessary.
- Responsible for supervision, evaluation and training of staff.
- Complies with State Lottery Regulations, Internal Controls and company Policies & Procedures.
- Responsible for overseeing security operations as assigned.
- Responsible for maintaining assigned employee files.
- Supervises and conducts investigations as needed.
- Promotes outstanding customer relations.
- Two (2) to Three (3) years security experience (gaming security preferred)
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes days, evenings, nights weekends and holidays. #oceandowns
