Job Responsibilities and Description
- Creates a fun-filled entertaining and exciting environment where customer service is paramount
- Circulates through the area assigned, actively observing players adn functioning of machines
- Responsible for making jackpot payoffs, e-ticket paper fills and minor machine repairs
- Complies with State Lottery Regulations and Compant Internal Controls
- Promotes honesty and trust among the team
- Prior money handling and customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers and management
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to obtain and keep a License issued by the Maryland State Lottery Agency required of all Gaming Establishment employees. #oceandowns
