What are the responsibilities and job description for the Table Games Floor Supervisor position at Ocean Downs?
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS :
- Creates and ensures a fun-filled entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount.
- Acknowledge and greet guests warmly and sincerely on and off the game.
- Monitor and supervise dealers and table games activities.
- Advise management of progress, disputes, problems, suspicious activity, and substantial play.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience as a Table Games Dealer.
- Minimum of six months as a game supervisor.
- Effective knowledge of casino management software and live games equipment.
- Good game protection skills and knowledge.Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
- Must be able to obtain and keep a License issued by the Maryland State Lottery Agency. #oceandowns
