We are looking for an experienced nursing home Admissions Director who will lead a busy admissions office in achieving effective and efficient departmental operations.
This positions pays based upon experience.
The Admissions Director will:
- Process admission inquiries; provide facility tours; interact with external marketing staff and hospital case managers
- Track and record internal data for admissions and discharges
- Maintain daily and monthly census reports and reporting
- Prepare for new admissions and report anticipated admissions
- The Admissions Director represents the facility at community events, open houses other special and public relation events
- Oversee a staff that includes admission coordinator and customer service personnel
