Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and concierge services, ensuring a seamless experience.
Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries about the hotel, marina, and Boston attractions.
Handle reservations, phone calls, and guest requests with professionalism and efficiency.
Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms and facilities are in top condition.
Process payments, handle invoices, and maintain accurate records.
Cross-train to assist with marina and back-of-the-house responsibilities.
Assist with special guest requests, VIP services, and marina operations as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Ability to read, write, speak and communicate effectively in English. Bilingual in Spanish is also a plus!
Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn matter most! We do provide full training!
Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and handle busy shifts with a smile. :)
Ability to sit and stand for periods of time, lift, push, pull and carry up to 20 lbs.
A problem-solver who can think on their feet and deliver solutions with confidence.
Shifts are between 8 AM to 6 PM. Flexibility to work any day with a rotating schedule, weekends, and holidays as needed.
