Internship Objectives
Program Evaluation Support:
- Assist in the design and implementation of evaluation strategies for various talent development programs (e.g., leadership development, skills training, onboarding).
- Collect and analyze data through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and other methods to assess program effectiveness, participant satisfaction, and knowledge transfer.
- Contribute to the development of reports and presentations summarizing evaluation findings and providing actionable insights.
- Identify trends and patterns in evaluation data to recommend improvements to existing programs.
- Review and analyze existing learning materials (e.g., training manuals, e-learning modules, onboarding guides) for clarity, accuracy, and engagement.
- Collaborate with the L&D team to update and revise content based on best practices in instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Assist in the creation of new learning resources, potentially including interactive elements, multimedia, and job aids.
- Ensure learning materials are accessible, user-friendly, and aligned with organizational branding.
- Contribute to the organization and maintenance of learning resource libraries.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
- Proficiency with Google products (Slides, Sheets, Docs), Microsoft products (Excel/PPT), and/or other analytical tools - including the ability to perform VLOOKUP's

- Be a US citizen or permanent US resident.
- Be at least 18 years of age by the start of their employment/internship.
- As of May 2025, be a rising junior (3rd year) or senior (4th year) enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate study in an accredited four-year college/university.
- Graduate students are eligible to apply.
- Possess a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale
At least 1 year of work experience or equivalent academic experience
Required Minimum Education
- High school diploma
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial and Organizational psychology, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- This is an hourly position – No company benefits will be offered.
