Additional Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily tactical processes that ensure smooth and safe movement of Special Commodities cargo moving out of North America.
- Quality utilization of tools (Oneforce, G Suite, Online ONE applications, ServiceNow) to provide timely information and expertise to customers and other internal stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex challenges involving the movement of Special Commodities cargo movement including but not limited to: schedule updates, resolves operational issues, regulatory issues for refrigerated, hazardous, breakbulk and/or out of gauge cargo bookings.
- Handles situations that may require adaptation of response or extensive research according to customer needs.
