Analyst, Business Process Management
Role Summary :
North America Business Process provides support and development for Business Process improvement via process engineering, business systems development, offshore work migration, and automation (RPA). They have the overall responsibility for the SOP development process (Signavio Business Process Management Platform), and they provide support in the specific business areas in the preparation and management of all business SOPs. They have the overall responsibility to develop, manage, and maintain the offshore migration process. They also support the application and RPA automation development’s life cycle within their specific business areas of responsibility.
Additional Responsibilities :
Support the activities of the Sr. Manager and Supervisor of Business Process.
Support the development, implementation, and enforcement of business processes performed by both onshore and offshore.
Support the development, release, and maintenance of business systems and applications (including but not limited to OPUS, CHORUS, eCommerce, etc.).
Support the development, release, and maintenance of RPA BOT Automation as well as locally developed functions / applications (LDF).
Meet regularly with business units to identify challenges and pain points and solutions.
Author and publish documentation for standard operating procedures for business units.
Author and publish workflow diagrams (process models).
Conduct impact analysis of technology changes on business processes and existing technology.
Obtain requirements for business system enhancements.
Coordinate system user acceptance testing by executing the testing strategy, scheduling resources, and tracking test performance.

Function Specific Required Skills and Competencies :
Experience in project management, process engineering, and support preferred.
Required Minimum Years Experience :
A minimum of three years in the shipping / logistics industry is strongly preferred.
Required Minimum Education :
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
