Join Our Team as a Housekeeper!
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring hotel rooms are cleaned and well-prepared for incoming guests. Your efforts will help create a welcoming and comfortable environment by maintaining the highest cleanliness standards in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms efficiently and thoroughly within the designated timeframe.
- Follow company standards and procedures for cleaning occupied and vacant rooms.
- Remove trash and debris from guest rooms and surrounding areas.
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, sanitizing, and polishing.
- Ensure bathrooms are spotless, including tubs, toilets, sinks, walls, lighting, and linens.
- Clean kitchen and dining areas, including refrigerators, microwaves, sinks, countertops, cabinets, and tables.
- Maintain floors by vacuuming and washing according to established procedures.
- Dust and polish all furnishings, ensuring a well-maintained appearance.
- Properly stock housekeeping carts and inform the supervisor when supplies are low.
- Store equipment, tools, and supplies correctly after use.
- Notify supervisors of any maintenance needs or necessary repairs in guest rooms.
- Report any safety concerns, unusual guest behavior, or unacceptable room conditions to the supervisor.
- Address and escalate guest concerns or complaints as needed.
