Over the past 25 years, our premier brand, Louisiana Select Foods, has become one of the most trusted names in frozen seafood across the Southeastern Region of the United States. Family-owned Ocean Select Seafood is in the heart of Cajun Country in South Louisiana. We cater to both the retail customers and the food service industry.
Our sales representative take customers’ orders and provide support over the phone or email, this role assists customers by addressing products questions and handling complaints.
Must have strong communication, problem -solving, and multitasking skills, as well patient and empathy when dealing with customers.

Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
- Good customer service skills
- Good communication skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- Business technology experience
- Basic Microsoft 365 and windows
- Reliable transportation
- Must have experience record and references
