Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and guests to ensure efficient food delivery
- Handle and transport food from the kitchen to the appropriate tables
- Provide exceptional guest services by delivering food promptly and accurately
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest concerns or special requests
Skills:
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and culinary terminology is a plus
- Experience in banquet or food service industry is preferred
- Willingness to help out in various areas of the restaurant as needed
