Job Description:
- Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Answer guest inquiries and address concerns promptly.
- Assist guests with luggage and direct them to various areas of the hotel.
- Make reservations for dining, entertainment, and activities.
- Coordinate transportation, tours, and special requests.
- Provide local recommendations, including attractions, restaurants, and events.
- Handle guest complaints and find appropriate solutions.
- Answer phones and direct calls as needed.
- Assist with luggage handling and storage.
- Perform general administrative duties and maintain records.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills: The ability to create a positive and memorable experience for guests is essential.
- Strong Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with both guests and other departments is required.
- Organizational Skills: Must be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle guest complaints and find solutions quickly.
- Local Knowledge: A good understanding of the area, local attractions, and events is beneficial.
- Multilingual Skills (Optional): Speaking multiple languages can be an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
