Position Location : We're all about flexibility! This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA or our Seaport Boston, MA location with Mondays & Fridays remote.

The Beverage Brand Marketing Team at Ocean Spray is comprised of passionate marketers driven to build demand for the simple, honest goodness of the cranberry - resulting in vibrant, healthy lives for our consumers and farmer families. We are looking for an energetic, intellectually curious marketer who can hit the ground running and deliver against our mission.

We are seeking an Associate Brand Manager to support the Growth Channels for our Beverages business. We are a high energy, entrepreneurial group dedicated to spearheading new initiatives for the brand in places where people eat, drink, play, and work! Under the guidance of the Director, the role will assist in the development and execution of the short term and long-term strategy, marketing and innovation objectives for the Food Service, Club, Value, and Drug channels. Creativity, communication, and business management are key to success in this role.

A Day in the Life...

  • Serve as a key member of Beverage Brand Marketing Team, responsible for supporting on all aspects of business ownership, including marketing communication strategy, packaging design, product forecasting.
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting on weekly and monthly business performance, making recommendations derived from data and consumer insights.
  • Support development of monthly and quarterly business updates, annual marketing plans and semi-annual Sales materials.
  • Develop, own and monitor channel-specific forecasts, as part of Ocean Spray's monthly demand planning process.
  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams in channel specific product launches and initiatives.
  • Support in development & execution of channel specific marketing and shopper programs to drive demand.
  • Monitor all competitive / channel / customer activity and recommend actions as necessary to ensure achievement of revenue and market share goals.
  • Partner with Sales team and relevant third parties supporting the business.

What We Are Looking For :

  • Bachelor's Degree required, MBA Preferred.
  • Candidate must have 2 years of work experience in CPG brand management or with a marketing / strategic management consultancy. Channel Marketing experience preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with IRI / Nielsen POS data. Ability to sift through large amounts of data to uncover true drivers behind the "why" and tell the story in a succinct way.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, comfortable being both analytic and creative.
  • Candidates should be self-starters who have demonstrated personal and thought leadership capabilities in prior responsibilities.
  • Previous exposure to business unit P&L ownership, a plus.
  • Candidates must possess basic knowledge of marketing practices and principles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence without authority.
  • Travel 10%.
  • Education :

    Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)

    Master's Degree (Preferred)
