With flexible hours, a competitive starting pay, and a cohesive "family-like" work environment, a therapist at Bay Coast Behavioral will use their Master's level education to serve as a provide clinical supervision while collaborating with other paraprofessional staff for behaviorally-based services.
Our mental health professionals develop treatment plans and supervise a therapeutic team while ensuring the effective implementation of all in-home treatment and programming for clients on their caseload.
This part-time position for a Behavior Management Therapist is responsible for adhering to professional and legal requirements and principles as well as always demonstrating sound professional judgment. The therapist will be responsible for ensuring that each client on their caseload receives at least the minimum standard of care according to program standards and principles of "good practice."

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or closely related relevant field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in behavioral specific field.
Job Duties: Therapist
- Therapist will provide mental health assessment and treatment services to children, adults, and families in home-based or outreach programs.
- Ensure compliance and maintain standards of care.
- Attend meetings as required and regularly meet with the supervisor to carry out supervisory directives to ensure quality and efficient practice.
