This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for adhering to professional and ethical requirements of your respective profession while demonstrating sound clinical judgement and principles of "good practice."

Requirements:
- Current LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT License
- Master's Degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or relevant field
- Minimum of (1) year experience of working with children with special needs.
- Meets transportation requirements (No history of DUI, a year free of vehicle accidents, valid vehicle insurance, valid vehicle registration, and valid state inspection sticker)
- Will allow agency to run a DCYF CANTS clearance check.
Job Duties:
- Execute case openings (in conjunction with the case Treatment Coordinator) according to EOHHS program standard and guidelines.
- Complete treatment and behavior plans (including initial, progress, and renewal plans) for all assigned clients in a timely manner. Ensure that goals are methodologies used are evidence based.
- Participate in face-to-face clinical consultations with the family, client, and Direct Support Professional (DSP) to review treatment goal progress, make clinical recommendations, and to ensure the proper implementation of treatment methodologies ongoing.
- Provide clinical training, mentoring, and supervision for DSPs responsible for implementing the methodologies outlined in the client’s treatment plan in the child's home.
- Analyze treatment data and assess efficacy of treatment ongoing.
- Communicate with all collateral agencies and providers, and keep all treatment and case records current.
- Ensure that agency policies and procedures are implemented correctly.
- Implement best practice measures in relation to all clinical and counseling responsibilities.
Salary & Benefits:
