Our Custom Awning, Canvas & Cushion company is located in South Yarmouth, MA. We are looking for a full time Installation and Service Technician for our custom shop.

Required Experience:
Experience in one of, or a combination of the following
-Construction or Home Improvement
-Installation Experience (example: awnings, windows or doors, signs, etc,)
-Carpentry
Additional Bonus Experience:
-Marine Canvas, Cushions, Sewing, Upholstery or Similar
-Project Management
Skills needed:
- Hand and Power Tool proficiency
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs. on occasion (canvas awnings, ladders etc.)
- Able to reach twist and bend to manipulate materials needed for the job
- Assist receiving materials / deliveries from vendors.
- Use of some basic technology such as electronic timesheets
- Able to work on ladder and boats
Responsibilites:
- Install and service awnings using hand & power tools.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency on-site.
- Inspect your installations to guarantee quality and safety and customer satisfaction
- Ability to complete jobs completely in a timely fashion
Installation and Service Technician
We are looking for someone that truly takes pride in their work and enjoys working in a workshop where you will have a new focus weekly and sometimes daily. This is not repetitive work therefore employee must enjoy and embrace switching gears on a regular basis.
