Position Summary
Ocean View Development seeks a strategic and results-driven Contract Advertisements Manager to oversee an integrated advertising strategy for an upcoming project. This role will involve managing broadcast advertisements (radio and television) and digital pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to deliver effective advertising solutions that drive measurable outcomes. This position is contingent upon the firm securing the contract.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Development and Management :
Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies across broadcast and digital platforms to meet project goals.
Plan and manage PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, and performance tracking.
Coordinate the production and placement of broadcast advertisements, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets
Analytics and Optimization :
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools to ensure maximum ROI.
Optimize digital campaigns through A / B testing, bid adjustments, and audience segmentation.
Provide recommendations for enhancing reach and engagement across all advertising channels.
Client and Team Collaboration :
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, design, and project management, to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions and incorporating feedback into campaign strategies.
Collaborate with external vendors and media partners for ad placement and production.
Technical and Compliance Standards :
Ensure all advertising materials adhere to regulatory and compliance standards, including FCC and GDPR guidelines.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in broadcast and digital advertising.
Qualifications
Required :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
Proven experience managing multi-channel advertising campaigns, including broadcast and digital PPC.
Strong knowledge of advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
Demonstrated ability to manage advertising budgets effectively and achieve measurable results.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred :
Familiarity with video and audio production processes for broadcast advertising.
Certification in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, or similar platforms.
Experience working on government or corporate contracts.
Knowledge of ad compliance standards (e.g., FCC regulations, GDPR).
