We are an 85 bed assisted living facility for Limited Mental Health clients.
Must be an experienced Med Tech with knowledge of EMAR.
Must have an AHCA level II background screening(NO PRIOR ARRESTS)
Must be able to work independently and under stressful situations as they arise.
Must be Med Tech(MED TECH COURSE CANNOT BE DONE ONLINE-MUST HAVE CERTIFICATE READY DURING THE INTERVIEW)/
Must be CPR/FA certified.
Duties include:
Passing medication to clients, reading the MOR, comparing to medication being passed, asking clients for name, ensuring all medications are being given at the proper time. There will be 2 medication passes per shift. 7a-9a, 11a-1p, 3p-5p, 7p-9p. You must be comfortable with standing and staying focused during the entire medication pass.
Assisting with Dinner and clean-up.
Nightly room checks to ensure safety of all clients.
Cleaning any accidents or spills during your shift.
Assisting residents in their needs as they arise.
Light cleaning of the offices, kitchen, bathrooms, and mopping the halls.
Any other duties asked by administrator to assist residents with care.
