Hotel Housekeeping Attendant

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and common areas within the hotel. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests, contributing to their overall satisfaction and experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed to ensure guest comfort.
• Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas, such as toiletries and linens.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness in hallways, stairwells, and other public spaces within the hotel.
• Follow established housekeeping procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by management.

Skills

• Strong custodial skills with a focus on cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Experience in hotel housekeeping or similar hospitality roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
