At Oceancliff 1 and 2, we are seeking a skilled Front Desk Staff Assistant to join our team.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced resort environment. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.
The ideal candidate will be available to work weekday evenings from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm and weekend mornings from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. In return, you can expect a competitive hourly rate of $<< salary >> with benefits available.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding promptly to their queries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Manage front desk operations including check-in, check-out, room assignments, and key distribution.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, incidents, and other relevant information.
