The position is based in Houston, Texas. Oceaneering offers a flexible hybrid work environment. You will report directly to the CIO and have accountability to the ERP Steering Committee.
Duties & Responsibilities
The Senior Program Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the successful deployment and integration of an ERP system across Oceaneering. Here are the key duties and responsibilities for this role :
- Project Leadership : Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the ERP implementation project, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Cross-Functional Business Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functionalBusiness teams, including IT, HR, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless integration and adoption of the ERP system.
- Cross-Functional IT Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional IT teams, including Applications, Data & Analytics, Infrastructure & Operations, IT Finance, and Security to ensure seamless integration and adoption of the ERP system.
- Vendor Collaboration : Work closely with the System Integration Vendor to ensure seamless integration and adoption of the ERP system.
- Resource Management : Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that all milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Risk Management : Identify and mitigate risks associated with the ERP implementation, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Stakeholder Communication : Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and successes
- Deliverables : Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all deliverables :
oConflict Resolution : Resolve conflict through active listening, critical thinking, and decisiveness.
